Collaboration with Vitalis award winners
In Norrbotten, the benefits of digital collaboration have been recognized. All 14 municipalities, including Kalix, have developed a common ecosystem within social services, which was awarded this year’s Vitalis prize. As part of the prize, the winners were offered a collaboration with Care Studio to explore the development potential of the project.
After discussions with the winners, we decided to arrange a workshop together with the project team. During the workshop, we worked on the question: “Can we, through digitalization, automation, and new working methods, further improve social services in Norrbotten to meet future needs?”
The workshop was conducted over one day physically in Luleå, where participants worked in groups on idea generation and brainstorming, conceptualization of the chosen idea, as well as action plans and activities. Based on these ideas, Tietoevry Care then examined which similar solutions exist today that can be used as inspiration for continued work.
Lifecare Visual Identity
Over the last year Care Studio have been a part of creating the Lifecare visual identity together with members from Care marcom and the Tietoevry brand unit. The new, distinguished visual identity features for Lifecare are created in harmony with the Tietoevry visual identity.

- Expansion of the Care image library

The most recent asset has been creating a manner for product visualizations that has been taken into use within the last month. And the work will continue during 2025 with additional guidance for merch, word templates and events, website updates and further expansion of the Care image library.

Care Design System
The purpose of the Care design system is to create more consistent design solutions within Care level and providing the tools for designers and developers to be able to do that. A common Care design system also enables products to be designed more efficiently, and it creates a stronger Care brand overall, which will help build trust and help sales.
Cornerstone Learning content
To support the Care product teams, we produced learning content in Cornerstone that we noticed teams needed. The new playlist can help designers, developers and even other team members to understand more about the Care Design System, how it is set up, our way of working, decision making process, how to apply Lifecare or Care product branding and how to work with UI kits. More content is coming!


Value Storytelling
The storytelling is a “visionary” perspective describing the overarching aim of a Product(s), but also includes a clear value statements on what offering is today, and what it will be in the future.
Care Studio has a structured process to create relevant value stories that aligns with our Care Strategy and positioning. It assures alignment and push in our messaging and is an efficient way to create tangible results on Value Storytelling and adherent visualization. Examples: Resource optimization, Lifecare Open Platform, Data&AI and LifecareEHR strategic partnership renewal.

UI/UX product rebranding
After the rebranding of Tietoevry and Lifecare, we have been working on product rebranding, creating material, designs etc with help of the Care design system.
Currently we are supporting design teams in different Care business units towards updated design with help of the design system. We expand the design system patterns and modules based on needs.
