Who we are
We are a new team in Tietoevry Care – working with design and innovation. We assist product teams throughout the entire process from validating an idea to developing a product.
We are domain experts in Design (UX, UI, and service design) and Business development – with extensive experience in projects within various industries, including healthcare. We map out and analyze the users’ needs and challenges through interviews, field studies and workshops. And we also conduct market research and validation to assess the attractiveness of a potential new market for our products.
We have broad expertise and experience in co-creation with both users and product teams. We plan and facilitate workshops, where we, together with the users, arrive at solutions that users love, before building prototypes that we test with the users.
